2021
Placement & investment brokerage
Our journey started strong, founded in April 2021 with support from Deutsche Börse and Commerzbank in a pre-seed round. In the same year, we initiated our brokerage license application.
2022
Establishing partnerships with our portfolio companies
In February 2022, we formed a portfolio with twelve x twelve for music, tectrex for real estate, and 360X Art. With a BaFin license and integrated regulatory partners, we achieved seamless security token transactions for real estate and music.
2023
Music for the masses
We partnered exclusively with GEMA for a music security token, initiated our first art token transaction in June, and collaborated on a major real estate deal with Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe.
